Prepare4birth have created a prenatal workshop for expectant parents based on our experience of working with pregnant women and their partners. This workshop gives emphasis on the birth partner having a sound knowledge of how to support the woman in labour by providing him/her with a unique "tool bag" of breathing, massage and coaching techniques. You can choose to take the workshop one-to-one or on a small group basis. Book your place now, only £150 per couple!

If you have, or are planning to attend a NCT class, we also offer a shorter workshop which focuses on the very useful breathing and massage techniques for birth. This workshop is taught in the privacy of your home for £100 per couple or if you are a group of two or more the cost of the workshop is £75.
